1. Crochet pieces are Made To Order and 100% handmade
2. 50% downpayment is needed to start the process of your order
3. 1-2 weeks is the usual period of time for the creation of the order but this can be adjust depending on the item or yarn arrival ( will provide updates from time to time)
4. You can send a picture as inpo if the item is not yet included in the shop. You have the freedom to choose the yarn colors.
5. Placing the order will be done through Twitter or Instagram Direct message. Further details will be discussed via DM.
6. Strictly NO changing of yarn color once the order has been placed
7. Strictly NO Cancellation/ Refunds and Returns
8. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer
